Calisthenics 

Calisthenics are exercises that don’t rely on anything but a person’s own body weight. These exercises are performed with differing  levels of intensity & rhythm. Weight Training 

Weight Training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength & size of skeletal muscles. It utilizes the force of gravity in the form of weighted bars, dumbbells or wright stacks in order to oppose the force generated by muscle through concentric or eccentric contraction. Weight training uses a variety of specialized equipment to target specific muscle groups and types of movement.

Functional Training 

Weight Training is a Functional Fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper & lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
